Organisational Structure

AGAP is a branch of the Pastoral Office of the Archdiocese of Glasgow, under the leadership of Archbishop Mario Conti.  It is managed by Stephen Callaghan, who is responsible for directing the creative output of AGAP and delivering its many other activities. 

Stephen meets with an Advisory Board three times a year to make key decisions on the activity of AGAP. 

The board consists of a representational cross-section of those from various arts professions, education, youth and the clergy of the Archdiocese. 

Volunteers are also recruited to run activities and assist in various ways with the running of the project.
