GAUDI: GOD'S ARCHITECT

Written and Directed by Stephen Callaghan

Genius? Madman? Saint? Antoni Gaudí, the internationally renowned visionary architect most famous for Barcelona’s “Cathedral of the Poor”, the Sagrada Familia, is recreated in a vibrant new multimedia drama, written and directed by Stephen Callaghan, which explodes with colour and creativity, and encourages us to make the most of every moment.

As the 100th Anniversary of the death of fiery, enigmatic and eccentric architect, Antoni Gaudí, approaches, following last year’s Fringe hit Oggie! Oggie! Oggie!, AGAP Theatre returns with a bold new production that tells his story. Through performance and visual projection. God’s Architect, who overcame health complications and opposition, to realise a plan that he believed was divinely inspired, is brought to life by writer, director and performer Stephen Callaghan, with Jacqueline Glencorse and Russell Wheeler.
