Ticket Booking for AGAP Theatre Productions
AGAP believe in making quality theatre available for everyone at affordable prices. We are a non-profit organisation and only charge what we need to cover our costs. As such, we operate a Pay-What-You-Can system for booking tickets. You can choose how much to pay for attending a performance: £10, £7 or £5.
Booking Online:
If booking online, you will be taken to our booking page on Eventbrite. Each ticket incurs a booking fee but we have absorbed that into the cost of the ticket so you won’t pay anything extra. However, this means that between £1.13 and £1.55 will be deducted from what we received of the overall cost of your ticket. Click here to book online.
Booking by Phone:
You can call our dedicated mobile number to reserve tickets by phone: 0749 534 7884.
Please leave a message if the call is not answered. Please say your name, telephone number, number of tickets and for which date. We will call you back to confirm your booking. Tickets reserved by phone must be paid for at the door on the night of the performance. We are unable to take payment over the phone. Please be patient as the person taking your booking is usually a volunteer.
Pay at the Door:
Any remaining tickets will be available to purchase at the door at a performance. Usually there are tickets at the door. However, sometimes events are busy. If an event is sold out, this information will be published on social media. We recommend cash payment at the door and, if possible, the exact amount as issuing change can slow things down. Any unpaid tickets not claimed will be released 10 minutes before the performance.
Tickets from the Host Parish:
We release a number of tickets to the host parish on a sale-or-return basis, which may be available after Mass or by arrangement from the host parish but this is at the discretion of the parish priest and the host parish.
Seating Policy:
Patrons are free to choose their own seats on a first-come-first-served basis. Due to the nature of touring around various venues, we are unable to number seats. If the venue is busy, you are kindly asked to avoid leaving gaps between seats. Doors open 30 minutes before a performance.
Want to support us more?
We often hear that people think we under-charge for the services that we provide. Well, we’re not out to make money but we do have costs: van hire, marketing, props, and so on. If you want to make a charitable donation to AGAP, we will gratefully receive it. You can do this by scanning QR code below or by contacting us. Thank you.

Could you be part of it?
We welcome enquiries from individuals who would like to volunteer with AGAP. Helping with all aspects of our work from tech to admin and maybe even performing.
