A timeless tale of forgiveness and redemption. A Selfish Giant chases all of the children out of his garden and winter comes to settle there until a helpless little boy melts his heart one day. Based upon Oscar Wilde’s classic children’s story.

AGAP Theatre is developing a new show for audiences young and young-at-heart, based upon the classic children’s story written by Oscar Wilde. With words written by Stephen Callaghan and music by Russell Wheeler, and told with puppets.

The Selfish Giant is still being developed for touring, hopefully in late 2025 but we welcome any pre-booking enquiries from schools, parishes or venues.
